They practise with integrity, responsibility and professionalism within the scope of their activity.
3. Respect and Kindness
The professional adopts a caring, respectful and non-judgemental approach towards families.
They respect the diversity of journeys, sensitivities, parenting choices and personal situations.
4. Transparency of Information
The professional ensures clear and honest communication regarding: • their services • their framework of support • their fees • their availability or contact arrangements
5. Respecting the Limits of Competence
The professional acknowledges the limits of their area of expertise and undertakes, where necessary, to refer families to other suitable professionals.
6. Reliable and Responsible Content
Content published on the platform (professional profiles, articles, images, advice or resources) must be: • honest • non-misleading • respectful • related to the activity carried out • compliant with applicable laws and regulations
Published content must not include dangerous or misleading information, or information that could harm families.
7. Commitment to the Platform
By joining Famille360, the professional takes part in an approach aimed at fostering trust between families and the professionals who support them.
Famille360 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or remove any profile that does not respect the platform's values or principles.

Professionals displaying the ✔️ badge on their profile have: • completed their professional profile • accepted the Famille360 Charter of Excellence • provided information consistent with their activity • been validated by the platform before publication The ✔️ badge reflects the professional's adherence to the platform's values and commitments. It indicates a commitment to Famille360's quality approach. However, it does not constitute official certification, verification of qualifications or a guarantee of services provided.
