Famille360 is an online platform dedicated to perinatal care, childhood and family well-being in French-speaking Switzerland.
The platform enables: • families to search for trusted professionals, • professionals to present their practice through a professional profile and dedicated content.
Famille360 acts solely as a platform connecting professionals and users.
The Famille360 platform is operated from Switzerland.

2. Access to the Platform
Access to public pages on Famille360 is free of charge for users.
Creating a professional account is reserved for natural or legal persons carrying on an activity related to the fields covered by the platform.
Each professional registration is subject to validation before publication.
Famille360 reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not align with the platform's positioning, values or themes.
Validation of a profile by Famille360 does not constitute official certification, a guarantee of competence or validation of the services offered.
3. Registration and Professional Account
When registering, the professional agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
The professional is responsible for the information published on their profile and for the use of their account.
Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential.

4. Professional Commitments
By joining Famille360, the professional agrees to: • practise in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, • offer serious services consistent with their professional framework, • adopt a respectful, caring and non-discriminatory approach towards families, • publish accurate, honest and non-misleading content, • respect the limits of their competence and, where appropriate, refer families to other suitable professionals, • not publish inappropriate, false, defamatory content or content contrary to the platform's values, • not use the platform in an abusive, fraudulent manner or in a way that undermines its proper functioning.
The professional remains solely responsible for their activity, their services and the information shared on the platform.
5. How the Platform Works
Famille360 notably enables: • browsing professional profiles, • publishing content and articles, • connecting families and professionals, • access to various features depending on the chosen plan.
The platform acts solely as an intermediary and does not take part in services provided between professionals and users.
6. Published Content
Professionals are solely responsible for content published on their profile and on the platform (text, images, videos, articles, contact details, opening hours or other information).
Published content must: • be accurate and up to date, • relate to the activity carried out, • comply with applicable laws, • not infringe third-party rights.
The professional warrants that they hold the necessary rights to published content (text, images, videos or other materials).
Famille360 reserves the right to moderate, edit, suspend or remove any content deemed non-compliant with these terms or inconsistent with the spirit of the platform.
7. Plans and Paid Services
Famille360 offers various plans providing access to specific features and services for professionals.
Details of plans, features, pricing and any promotional offers are presented on the dedicated page of the platform.
Unless otherwise stated, paid plans are subscribed for a minimum term of 12 months with annual payment.
Certain launch offers or promotions may include specific conditions (free period, preferential rate, limited duration or other specific terms).
The professional may request cancellation of their plan before renewal, subject to 30 days' notice before the end of the current period.
Failure to cancel within this period will result in automatic renewal for an equivalent period.
The professional may also request a plan change at any time. When switching to a lower plan, certain features, information or content linked to the previous plan may become limited, hidden or inaccessible according to the terms of the newly chosen plan.
Payments made are non-refundable for the current period, except where required by law or by exceptional agreement from Famille360.
Famille360 reserves the right to modify its offers, features or pricing at any time.
Affected users will be informed in the event of a material change.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements comprising the Famille360 platform (design, logo, text, structure, graphic elements and editorial content) are protected by intellectual property law.
Content published by professionals remains their property.
By publishing content on Famille360, the professional authorises the platform to display, distribute and use that content for the operation and promotion of the platform.
9. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

10. Liability
Famille360 makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning and availability of the platform, without however being able to guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Famille360 may temporarily suspend access to the platform for technical, maintenance or update reasons.
Famille360 cannot be held liable for: • services provided by professionals, • exchanges between users and professionals, • information published by professionals, • any disputes between the parties, • the content of external websites accessible via links on the platform.
Famille360 does not guarantee the effectiveness, relevance or results of services offered by professionals listed on the platform.
The choice of a professional is the user's responsibility.
Each professional practises under their own responsibility.
11. Account Suspension and Deletion
Famille360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or delete any account or content in the event of: • non-compliance with these General Terms of Use, • inappropriate behaviour, • content contrary to the platform's values or positioning, • abusive or fraudulent use of the platform.
Where possible, prior notice may be sent to the user concerned.
The professional may also request deletion of their account at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
Famille360 reserves the right to amend these General Terms of Use at any time.
In the event of a material change, registered users may be informed by email.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These General Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.

The platform highlights professionals committed to respect, ethics and caring support for families.
15. Acceptance of the Terms
